Technologically, indoor screens employ surface-mounted tri-color LEDs with fine pixel pitches (P1.5-P3mm) for close-range viewing, while outdoor screens utilize virtual pixel technology to enhance resolution and achieve IP65 wind/rain resistance. For instance, a stadium deployed a P10 outdoor full-color screen, leveraging an asynchronous control system for live event broadcasts, advertising rotations, and emergency message insertions. In innovative applications, flexible LED screens can be curved into arcs or cylinders. A car launch event leveraged this feature to create an immersive exhibition stage. For maintenance, the modular design supports single-point repairs, with a failure rate below 0.1%.
