SMD Process Introduction
SMD Stands for "Surface Mounted Devices".
First, RGB three different color light-emitting chips are packaged into lamp beads, and then the lamp beads are welded to the PCB board to form a unit module, and finally spliced into a whole LED screen.
Advantages of SMD Process
● 1. Electronic products are small in size and light in weight. The size and weight of SMT components are only about 1/10 of traditional plug-in components. Generally, after using SMT, the size of electronic products is reduced by 40%~60% and the weight is reduced by 60%~80%.
● 2. High reliability and strong vibration resistance. Low solder joint defect rate.
● 3. Good high-frequency characteristics. Reduced electromagnetic and radio frequency interference.
● 4. The lamp beads can be disassembled for maintenance.

Cabinets and modules are made of die-casting aluminum，lightweight, safe and reliable, not easy to deform, flame retardant and fireproof, not easy to deform under high temperature conditions.
Common Cathode With Energy-Saving
Common cathode is an energy-saving power supply technology for LED display, which can effectively solve the problems of high screen temperature and excessive power consumption of common anode circuit.
The average temperature of the panel of the common cathode circuit is 15℃ lower than that of the traditional common anode circuit，and the power consumption is reduced by more than 20%.
The common cathode energy-saving aluminum cabinet saves 40% to 50% more energy than the traditional iron cabinet.
High Brightness
With a brightness of 5500~6500nits, the content is clearly visible even in bright sunlight.
This makes them ideal for outdoor advertising because they can be seen from a distance in any lighting conditions and are not easily disturbed by ambient light.
Added Breathable Valve
A new air valve is added at the bottom of the power box to adjust the internal air pressure, recoil temperature rise, and balance the internal environment.
